Some Introduction About Crude Palm Oil Clarification Station Equipment:
Crude palm oil generally contains 66% fat, 24% water, 10% of non-oil impurities. Since the oil contains more solid impurities,therefore need diluted with water, palm diluted to solid material was removed by filtration, and then continuously pumped into a settling tank palm oil in the mixed oil is divided into two parts (oil and sediment) . After separation of the upper portion of the grease into the centrifuge, and dried in a vacuum desiccator to enter, after cooling the final storage tank is pumped into the storage. The precipitate was approximately 10% oil, the oil was recovered into the secondary settling tank to settle. Grease is pumped into the storage tank needs to meet certain requirements, the moisture content was 0.1% -0.2% ,impurities should be less than 0.02%.
