Technical and economic indicators in edible oil refining plant

Technical and economic indicators in edible oil refinery plant:

<1>Refining loss per ton:

1) De-gumming and de-acid loss:

The yield of oil depends on value of W, calculating by the following formula:
When W ≤3%, Loss =0.3+(1.25 x W)
When W >3%, Loss=1.35 x W
When encountered a second time, the loss will increase around 0.3%. W equals to the sum of MIU(moisture, mechanical impurity, insaponified matter), FFA, non-oil matter.

2)  Loss in bleaching section:oil residue in used  bentonite is less than  20%;

3)  Loss on deodorizing(Physical refining process):
Refining loss equals to the amount of FFA in crude oil multiplied the following factor :
FFA in the crude oil                     loss factor
0.2-3%                                          1.25
3-5%                                             1.20
5-10%                                            1.18

<2>Utility consumption (per ton):

1)  Water Consume :
Recycling water: 140~150 T/h
Supplying new water: 0.25~0.3T/T oil
Power: 22 Kw.h/T oil
Steam:(pressure 6kgf/cm2)280kg/T crude oil
Phosphorus acid(80% concentration):0.5-2.0Kg/T oil
Bentonite:15-40kg/T crude oil
Filter aid: 5~10 kg/T oil
NaOH:1.0-4.0kg/T crude oil
