The main process of edible oil production

1. Cleaning
In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing wind net is installed.

2. Dehulling
Put the raw material into the two discs.The relative movement between the two discs,the insection on the disc surface make kneading function of the material hull,then make the hull fall down.Separate the shell and kernel.

3. Softening
Adjusting the moisture and temperature, so that increase the oilseed plasticity,reduce powder when flaking and sticky roller, in order to ensure the quality of the flakes. conditioning can also reduce the vibration of the machine when flaking roll wear, in order to facilitate the flaking operate normally.

4. Flaking
Flaking means a certainty granularity of soy lamella was prepared for flaked of about 0.3 mm, the oil of raw material can be extracted in the shortest time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%. the thickness is uniform,moderate size, no out oil,less powder,and with a certain degree of mechanical strength.The fuel cell wall damaged, then shorten the oil discharged from the oil seed away.

5. Cooking
Put the material into the toaster,the mixing blade is with continuous turning driven by the reducer. The toaster is with interlayer design, heating media is hot conducting oil or steam, thus keep the flaking temperature stable.

6. Pressing
This is the oil out process, the flake will be sent to oil press machine through the screw conveyor. After pressing, we can get the crude oil.
