1. After changing heat conduction oil every time, the temperature of heat conduction oil furnace must be kept at about 90 ℃ and circulated for above 5 hours.
2. About neutralization pot and decolorization and deodorization equipment, heat energy must be distributed and adjusted reasonably.When deodorizing, must guarantee the temperature of deodorized oil at 240-260 ℃, other equipment are mainly adjusted by valves.
3.After maintenance, all heat conduction pipelines must use graphite gasket, adopt high temperature valves when changing valves.
4.Before lighting heat conduction furnace, must start heat conduction oil pump firstly, after heat conduction oil furnace’s flameout, heat conduction oil pump must remain in operation, it can not be shutted off until the temperature of heat conduction oil decreases below 100 ℃.
